This works great when the controller is assigned declaratively.
What is the syntax for using $routeProvider?
$routeProvider.when('/test', {template: 'partials/test.html',
controller: MyCtrl});
The above results in "Uncaught ReferenceError: iframeCtrl is not
defined from myApp"
