Read And Write Binary Data

I have files that are sent to my app in base64 format. The files are in epub and pdf. I wanna write the files to storage. I've tried decoding using Javascript's atob function but writing the file using app.write, the file get corrupted. Please help me!

There is no straightforward way to do this at the moment.

I believe there will be an option added to app.WriteFile in the next beta to enable this.
