You shouldn't need to patch anything. I don't know how it works on windows but in linux you open the terminal, go to the directory where linux sources are and then you type "make menuconfig" (without the "") and it should open a bios-like program where you can enable android features before the ./configure && make dance. Based on my googling, I found out that Android kernel source has been remerged with mainline Linux kernel starting from 3.3
So I downloaded Linux kernel 3.5.4 and generated a .config file.
When I looked at it though, most, if not all, of the config needed for Android to function does not seem to be implemented
Can someone tell me how to patch 3.5.4 kernel source to enable Android?

P.S. the attached text file lists the config that should be enabled (or disabled) to allow Android to function.
