Ummmm...methinks someone took Steven King's _The Stand_ a little too
literally, got lost on the Info Superhighway, and wound up here...and is
protecting his identity to avoid personal flames.

As for your question, the Civil War never ended. Drive down to Alabama
sometime with a NY state license plate. Should another 'war' break out,
I'm gonna find some nice Canadian dude, marry him and relocate to Montreal.
