Alt.sex.watersports vandalism - help requested

It seems that some bastard has globally removed the group
alt.sex.watersports.

Until this happened, the group was gradually picking up readers
and posters.

I can see no justification for a global removal of the group without any
attempt at consultation being made.

Would somebody who understands these arcane matters of group creation
be kind enough to reverse this wanton piece of vandalism. Please!
