Schizotypal personality disorder is characterized by someone who has great difficulty in establishing and maintaining close relationships with others. A person with schizotypal personality disorder may have extreme discomfort with such relationships, and therefore have less of a capacity for them. Someone with this disorder usually has cognitive or perceptual distortions as well as eccentricities in their everyday behavior.

Individuals with Schizotypal Personality Disorder often have ideas of reference (e.g., they have incorrect interpretations of casual incidents and external events as having a particular and unusual meaning specifically for the person). People with this disorder may be unusually superstitious or preoccupied with paranormal phenomena that are outside the norms of their subculture.

Individuals with Schizotypal Personality Disorder often seek treatment for the associated symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other dysphoric affects rather than for the personality disorder features per se.

Eric Fromm: Malignant Narcissism is characterized by an un-submitted will. All adults who are mentally healthy submit themselves one way or another to something higher than themselves, be it God or truth or love or some other ideal.
They do what God wants them to do rather than what they would desire. "Thy will, not mine, be done" the God-submitted person says. They believe in what is true rather than what they would like to be true.

Narcissism becomes particularly "malignant" (i.e. malevolent, dangerous, harmful, incurable) when it goes beyond mere vanity and excessive self-focus. Malignant narcissists not only see themselves as superior to others but believe in their superiority to the degree that they view others as relatively worthless, expendable, and justifiably exploitable. This type of narcissism is a defining characteristic of psychopathy/sociopathy and is rooted in an individual's deficient capacity for empathy. It's almost impossible for a person with such shallow feelings and such haughtiness to really care about others or to form a conscience with any of the qualities we typically associate with a humane attitude, which is why most researchers and thinkers on the topic of psychopathy think of psychopaths as individuals without a conscience altogether.

Biased ones need to look up Cognitive Dissonance and discuss their beliefs and myths with a qualified therapist. Eckankar only attracts people with "issues" such as Klemp with his schizophrenia and schitzotypal disorder for which he was arrested and hospitalised for in 1971. Eckankar became a non-profit religious entity in 1969 in order to block the ability of Eckists and their families suing it out of existence. This fact was confirmed by many but also by Marge Klemp herself in 2012!

People have suicided because of their involvement in Eckankar and the direct harm caused by it's leadership including at the local level - they intentionally send already stressed and disturbed individuals over the edge and then justify that behaviour as a protection for the grandiose supreme religion of the age - a lie.

Paul Twitchell was a sexual deviate and womaniser his entire life up to and including the night he died with the young beautiful Anya Foos-Graber who was married to Mr Graber also an Eckist, they were soon divorced, of course.

Twitchell escaped much of the effects of his abuse because he was sterile. He could never cut it with a mature sane woman longer than a one night stand. What would you call a 53 man seeking out an 18 year old gullible teenager at the library named Gail Twitchell? A habitual perpetrator I'd call it. Selecting vulnerable young females was his specialty.

You are living in a delusional world if you think that girls and young women in the 1940s, 50s and 60s were rushing off to the authorities about sexual abuse by Twitchell or anyone in those days. Especially not if their parents were Eckists!!!

Twitchell was a serial abuser. He was kicked out of Premananda' ashram in Maryland in 1955 for sexual misconduct and spouse abuse. He is registered in court documents for "desertion", and left it to his ex-wife Camille Ballowe to pay for the divorce 5 years later.

A habitual user and a loser of the highest order. He would sell his soul for a buck. Ballowe confirmed on the record his serial unfaithfulness and womanising, his inability to keep his dick in his pants and total lack of personal responsibility at any level.

Klemp knows by documentary evidence that Twitchell was a habitual womaniser, psychologically disturbed, an egregious liar, and a serial tax cheat as well. (he's probably long ago burnt all this evidence that cost Eckankar $500,000 paid to Gail Twitchell in 1982, a proven fact.)

This amoral man Twitchell had zero ethics his entire life - he lied about himself endlessly to everyone but especially to those he attracted to hear his missives of what a great spiritual giant he was beginning in 1965. He was merely a giant liar and a manipulative fraud using false pretenses to intentionally empty people's pockets and attention seeking narcissism.

Do not ignore the $millions in cash donations and property in deceased estates and Wills made by gullible fools over the decades. Eckankar, ie Harold Klemp himself personally and his heirs and successors, is still making a fortune for being a lying shill and a conman - being delusional psychotic is no excuse and doesn't change the hard facts of it.

Klemp and everyone in a leadership position world wide continues this disgusting legacy today. Even Patti Simpson-Rivinus spoke out publicly against Klemp and Skelsky, as self-deluded and still gullible was she still at the end of her life. These things are also documented and known but never spoken of "in polite eck circles".

Twitchell worked for Scientology for many years including their national Press Secretary based in DC. He was first involved with Hubbard when it was still only Dianetics. Hubbard too taught oobe 'soul travel' techniques, it is a core part of Scientology's teachings to this day. The only difference between Eckankar myths and Scientology's myths is that the latter is far more expensive. The fraud is exactly the same.

The best thing anyone can do for themselves is go see a qualified psychotherapist and tell them exactly what you believe, and tell them exactly what you think about all day, everyday, and then what you are doing in your daily life. That is a great start to true spiritual healing and freedom.

Only the brave and adventuresome ........., and all that jazz.

It also helps to recognise that almost all religions were established by and kept alive by psychology amateurs who knew almost nothing about anything but MYTHS plcuked out of the nether regions.

They also suffered from various forms of mental illness, malignant narcissism, extreme egotism, psychopathic extremes, and life long personality disorders.

The more things change, despite advances in science and knowledge, the more things stay the same.
