Technological Constitution for all on what shall and what shall

not be done with technology etc is an must after 250 years Of

technology especially Of technology & related deads by it.


For the first time in history the tools the understanding the
context and allready made past mistakes are all togheder aviable

in order not to repet past mistakes of the last hundreds
of years in wich any new technological improvement inovation
invention or revolution was directly translated in number of

victims before regulating that improvement either by
an balance of force or by an full distruction scale.

There is no need to repet any of the past mistakes .

The new unprecedent technological revolution is about here .
With our common understanding of the past mistakes from the

begining before creating precedents as in the past the

destructive and damaging issues will be regulated
without creating an new unprecedent industry of dead .

As allways technology can be used for good or
evil .We will stop the last before it take place by an

Technological Constitution .

Alltough nobody can predict the future and all technological
applications and effects of future technologies we can at least

prevent failures as in the past and prevent ourself from becoming

at the mercy of events created by introduction of the new

technologies or their use or Implementation .

This is not meaning in any way to stop technology or development

of new and inovative technologies .

The Technological Constitution purpose is to prevent countless

number of victims booth by regulating and introducing some sets

of rules and also by bringing to justice thouse that have
failed the above defined principles .
Technological Constitution is as well the only tool that
will allow the Planet to safe remove the entire 4Reich
odessa technological troyan or more then troyan etc legacy
left over the entire Planet .
As well based on knowledge of the past we shall inhibith
a new rebirth of odessa trough technological means
or allow its continuation masked as an technological
system .

preventing and prohibiting "Domino" type of failures or crashes

in the context of some new and posible "Blitz Krieg " type
of technological behavior .


In this context the entire Planet is filed with troyan

planet taking and holocaust of nonarians etc.
For example we can clearly identify as troyans and more
such Planet level 4Reich odessa technology such as Microsoft
Cellular Phones systems Monsanto products etc etc.
