The games that are going to be played are Ultimate Doom, Doom 2, and Heretic. If
I'm not mistaken, it is too late to sign up. The DEATHMATCH '95 Tournament starts

NEW DWANGO Client Software, Which supports Hexen (The old client software

I've heard that the full new version is gonna hit the Chicago dwango on
Thursday (ie tomorrow) of this week.

Yep, all DWANGO servers will be using the new client software by
saturday. The FINAL version of the newest client software will be
available on Dave's BBS (That's local for you if you're in Chicago) and
all other DWANGO BBS's.

Unfortunately, right now you will have to download it yourself from the DWANGO
ftp site or visit the DWANGO WWW Page.

The new version is there, but, I'm not sure yet if all servers have upgraded
thier software yet. Be sure to 'explode' it into a directory called \DWANGO

The server will NOT upgrade your DWANGO.EXE or anything like that for
you. IF your server has been upgraded, (It should be by now) you will
get a message from the server telling you that you need to get the new
client software (v2.02). You can get it at our FTP site,
ftp.dwango.com. The filename is DWANGO.EXE. Just download that, run it,
and it'll extract itself. Then you follow the instructions for
installing. You can get the new software at any DWANGO BBS, or as I
said, or FTP site. Enjoy! :)
