I NEED CHANNELWOOD HELP!!!!!

i know that you are supposed to route the water to the "elevator", but i
could never get the water running, and when i did, it STILL, didn't work

if you're sure the water is on, and you're sure that the valves have
all been set correctly to direct the water to the elevator, then are
you trying to use the elevator with the door still open?
