What city is safe for Erudite Necromancer to be in other than Erudin ?

Rather, what city is not KOS for Erudite Necromancer ?

Do you know any city for Eru. Necro to avoid at all cost ?

Or any city kind enough to let Eru. Necro to even trade ?

Or just to use a bank ?

stop will be at Qeynos

erudite necro's are KOS everywhere except dark elf city.... try raisong your
faction with the other races... good luck hehe

dont venture out until like level 12 +
its hard to pass level 7. Just hunt skeletons at the other side of the
bridge and after you are a little above 8 and got most of your spells try to
form a group and go to Kerra Isle
you can get alot of exp there quickly
you gain 1 level in about 1-2 hrs if everyone is killing
