Means that there are specific items that are dropped by the
MOBs (such as bronze armor, named weapons, robes, that sort of thing).

Un-itemized dungeons drop lame loot. Part of the reason that
Kedge Keep hasn't been explored is that if you go there and kill
things, you'll get some gold pieces, maybe some fish, maybe some
common gemstones, and not much else.

If you want to visit an unitemized dungeon, go to Kerra Isle
off of the Toxxulia Forest.
