Ogres eat halflings for breakfast...and lunch...and dinner
:) But kill enough Frogloks and they may just drool when you
enter their city.
There are ogres, that are normally attacked on site in
Qeynos (for example), that have raised their factions with
Qey guards enough to freely walk the city. Before
approaching a foreign city, ALWAYS /con the guards.

Any SENTIENT thing you kill in game will adjust factions.
SOME non-sentient things adjust factions as well (I think I
remember seeing factions adjusted with some non-sentients).

Druids? We don't need no stinking druids! (I don't know the
answer)
