In response to those of you who wanted to know what happened to Mikey the
Marine Corps Hater he is still out there sending e-mail trying to gain
members for his elite 1st Tactical Studies Group
(Airborne).http://www.geocities.com/Pentagon/5265/

The fact that his unit like Mike is not based in reality should not be held
against him. If you read his site and it makes sense to you instant
qualification for enlistment is granted as a Wacko 1/C.

That is really sick. Why would I hate my fellow veterans? Is this so-called
Mike a veteran?

My reply: At least I have one. When you guys stop trash talking the other
services that are actually doing things (Bosnia, Haiti etc etc) and start
producing instead of keeping 174,000 do-nothing braggarts on the tax payer's
pay roll you will not have stones thrown at your glass house anymore.

http://www.geocities.com/Pentagon/5265/sacredcow.htm

Also I have a brain, if you had one I suggest using it to study that
military history you claim to know in your aol profile! You might want to
start with Operation Just Cause in Panama and show me how the land-locked
usmc won that battle single handedly sitting on its butt in the continental
U.S. Then describe to me the usmc debacles at Koh Tang island in 1975 and
Beirut in 1983.

I got EMail from Mikey last night. He wanted me to go see the "Airborne
Victory/Amphibious failure" segment of his page. Talks about the battle of
Crete. Well, that was unsolicited EMail, and fall under Federal Law (see below

Infantrypunk, nobody in this group cares about your personal e-mail. It'd be nice
if you had some on-topic military-related stuff to post, but you don't because you
didn't do much during your "service" (except sit around and drink in Germany, avoid
Airborne school because you was "afraid of heights", and dodge service in the
Persian Gulf War, like a coward). As far as I'm concerned, you have no right to post
in any of these military/veterans newsgroups, leg, as you are not a real veteran. I
think you're just jealous of Mike because he promotes the Army Airborne, an elite
group of men and women that a loser like you could never be a part of.

Ditto for you. Can you please keep the unnecessary flames to e-mail

Most people read the group for the on-topic military-related stuff, not
the personal insults. If you want to do that then alt.flame is over

Where's your 214 saying you done the Benning Boogie? I get E-mail from this
idiot too,and from what I've seen of his lunacy, the only uniform this guy's
seen are the ones worn by the guy's in white jackets.
I posted something about CA (combat arms) and this guy writes to me a la
e-mail about how "civil affairs wins wars.He wrote nothing about "airborne"
as any of us know it.He's quite likely some kid in high school, deluded from
to many computer war games.
And shame on you for ragging on a vet who has credentials.

Hoping you're actually the clueless kid you appear to be. If not then the
Airborne is taking in even sleazier trash than they were in the Sixties. We
used to have a name for folks like this: Gutless Wonder. Anyone who has ever
served under fire would never blast another Armed Service member like this. It
shows a marked degree of cowardice and plain old redneck ignorance. Yeah, I'm
talking to you , Pam, or whatever you are.

This is for Kim, the guy (or is it a girl?) that doesn't comprehend his own
alleged Civil Affairs branch:

Do you have a brain? If so for thext 30 seconds use it.

Can you spell Sun Tzu? Can you copy and paste and then go to a web site? Is
this too hard for you?

http://www.mit.edu/people/dcctdw/AOW/toc.html

Now can you read?

Kimmee, Mr. Sun Tzu wrote about war a loong time ago, ok? He talked about
how all those battles where people die and get killed are no good if you
don't get a decent peace after wards, ok? So Kimmee what Mr. Sun Tzu says is
that we need to find ways to win wars without fighting, to get our goals met
without
people getting hurt, OK? If he were alive today he'd be refering to the good
people in U.S. Army Civil Affairs wouldn't he? All the work they are doing
in Haiti and Bosnia to deter war by creating a lasting peace.

So tonight when you go to sleep, Kimmeee you think about that, k? Now go get
into your PJs and hop into bed.

Get the point?

Listen Kim or Kimberly, I have more years in than you have idiot-man-woman
child. While you were playing around with your genitals in high school I was
"in" so don't try to impress us with your so called 15 years, ewwwwww we are
so very much impressed.

NOT.

A man who claims to be Civil Affairs and he doesn't even see their place in
warfighting, it makes you wonder if you even went to MOS school for this.
Maybe you didn't. Maybe you are like Velvetavitch over there working in the
mall in retail and going to college?

If you cant handle the email, get off the internet. What a whiny punk he is

WAAA! Cries Velvetavich; "I'm being SPAMMED! Mommy!" Well, if he was, he

Weak, whiny types like this guy wouldn't last long in any unit that does
real world missions. He must be a marine on parade ground duty.

Sun Tzu didn't say that. He was more interested in destroying the threat
than letting them survive to be a threat later. More of a "Don't leave the job
half finished..." type.

By the way, for a supposed EX Soldier, seems like you have forgotten the
golden rule of dealing with civilians. It's Sir or Ma'am. Any lack of coutesy
is ground for "Conduct Unbecoming"...

Well, Mikey, I was never a marine, I was a good old infantryman.
Furthermore, I helped a lot of other REAL soldiers win the Cold War. At least
you served, even if you didn't have the balls to go active....
To those in the group that are ARNG vets, sorry, but in Mikey's case it is a
lack of balls. To go on active duty would mean being on the front line when it
starts, and would give him an opprotunity to get a deferrment on his unit's
deployment.

Mike, you claim to have a college degree, and at your age, that could
imply that you're serving as a commissioned officer. I'd be willing to
bet, however, that you've only been in a short while. So, as one officer
to another, what is your rank, branch, unit, commissioning source, and
CO's name? Put up or shut up.

So our commissioned officer isn't aware of the correct way to
abbreviate Fort. hmmm.. Also, I don't think that the zip code

But not the Association of the United States Army. Very
interesting. AUSA membership was almost manditory for gruints,
and very manditory for officers.

Alta Vista says Liberty U is in Lynchburg VA. Long ways from Ft. Bragg,
ain't it? And it's listed as a private religious-oriented college. Makes
you wonder why Mikey claims to like sexy ladies.

Anyone can see through what you are trying to do and I resent it. My current

So you don't think that you've given us enough information to find you
already? Are you somewhat ashamed of the personally insulting wordingand
childish sneering tone of most of your postings in this newsgroup?

You're not afraid of your *ideas* being exposed to your COC (assuming that
you have one) or you wouldn't even have that web page that you wave around
here. You are afraid (and should be) of having your unprofessional
dealings with civilians exposed to your COC (assuming that you have one).

That's actually fine with me. The more that you act like an asshole, the
less likely that your crackpot ideas will be accepted by anyone since they
won't see beyond the messenger.

So keep up the good work of discrediting yourself. You're doing a fine job
of that, at least.

If you are on active duty, I am asking, and you are required to
answer, that you provide your current unit of assignment, your
duty station, and the name and rank of your immediate commanding
officer.

Failure to answer this will result in me going to the JAG for

You are right. Your military record is part of the public
domain, which is why you are required by law to give us your
commanding officer's name and what unit you are in. This isn't a
debate, this is a fucking order.

Mikey, I have had it with you. I'm going to start calling

Put up or shut up Spakless. If you are active duty or even reservist, you
have participated in conduct unbecoming and are subject to court martial. I
too would welcome attending your court martial. With all of that said, I
think you were cashiered, I think you have a bad discharge and you use this

You don't really expect people to believe you do you?? No Senator in his
right name would have anything to do with trash like you.

Everyone I know of is proud of the unit they are in and would not hesitate
for one second to tell anyone what it is. Maybe he has something to
hide?????

Better a fight now for the soul of the military than to lose the fight in
war against the enemy.

If you can't take the heat, get out of the cobbler shop!

How dare he speak! He's not PC!

The Shoe is a sad picture of the America that cannot take the truth
straight. Focusing in on the messenger will not change the message.

Mikey, freedom of speech does not, and never has included the
right to lie and make slanderous remarks. If you are a memeber
of the armed forces, you should be aware that as a service member
you have voluntarily surrenderd many of your rights.

You can't even quote me correctly! What I said was I'd be happy
to fly down for your court-martial/civil trial. Not to "get
you."

Well what do you know. The Sparkless Dud is back. Are you still making it
on that welfare check?

But the messenger is a tin horn, phony, Sparkless Dud. The messenger is a
loser who at best was a Marine Corps officer for awhile and could not cut
it. Why would I listen to a loser?

The Shoe

Hmm. Reading between the lines I'd say The Sparkless Dud has admitted that
he left some service under a cloud. He's blaming the other guy for personal
attacks. Typical rationalization of a tin horn loser.

Dear Shoe,

SHOE writes about the Sparks being stabbed in the back before.....WELL????

Shoe do you think you are the first person I have ever met who was
prejudiced or unable to accept the truth or facts of any issue who would
rather escape the light?

No you are not. This is not a flame, either. All you have said in all your
posts are little diatribes based on emotion and no points of fact. You would
to well to read the admonition to stop this flaming type posts as its not
appreciated in this or probably any other NG excepting the one I guess
called alt.flame etc. Why don't you go there and complain about me while the
rest of us share our ideas for military force structure and organization?

Have you even said ONE thing at all about the military that wasn't connected
to a personal attack on someone? If so, how long ago?

Airborne!

As I said in another post, this is not a reform the military newsgroup, a
place where dud malcontents like you try to get revenge for your bad
discharge. I have been on this newsgroup for well over a year, participated
in many subjects. Until you came along there were no "reform the military"
jerks hanging around.

By the way, this IS a flame.

His Religious Schooling shows. Can't separate Fact from Truth! Now that I
think about it, Sparky does seem to have some of that old time religious in
your face I am right and you're going to hell attitude. For those actually
very religious, this doesn't reflect on you, just mikey, as he hasn't the
maturity to back off when his message isn't wanted.

I saw that very early in the game but there may be other fundamentalist in
the news group and I didn't want to drag them in. I will announce to the
other fundamentalist: Just as Nixon had to visit China, just as a
Republican Senate had to censure McCarthy, you, the fundamentalists, have
the task of separating The Sparkless Dud's obvious contempt for everybody
from his religious rationalization. His religion contributes to his "I am
the Elect, the rest of you are slobs" mentality.
