IBM expands access to Watson computer

As IBM continues to explore where its cognitive computing platform Watson will take it, the company announced it's making its application program interface (API) broadly available to developers, entrepreneurs and businesses. Included in the new innovations are plans to help Watson broaden its advanced language and speech services, vision and image analysis, as well as discovery services.
