Another thing as well, several people on AoL have been angered by Dave's
way of acting. He's quite egotistical, and has bashed artists much better
than he because he felt his art was far superior. If any of you have seen
it, then you understand that it makes Dave Manak's look brilliant.
The writing is a bore, although once in a while there is gore (didn't mean
to rhyme there), which is probably what has gotten him most of his fans. I
could probably write a three-paragraph story mentioning Sonic and how
Freedom Fighters were violently dismembered and he was the only one
remaining, bloodied and minus a foot, and become immensly popular over
this.
So, if you're that sick of Penders, I suggest taking a trip to some other
FanFic pages or maybe watching some old SatAM ep tapes. But not this.

Y'know Raz, I couldn't have said it better myself. (Actually, I did take a
look at the first page TMC, but I couldn't make head nor tail of it, and a
the Sally art sucked. Since when does Sal have Buck Teeth? I thought she
was a Squirrel, not an ugly Chipmunk.)

The art totally SUCKS!!! Stick Figures are better then this!!
Some people do think that I've got an big ego because I have opinions
and say them. Yes, I do get contraversial at times, but I think it
also gets me character. When you see my Screen Name, you don't see a
drone trying to get in any group no matter what the costs; you see an
individual who likes doing whatever he's doing and to hades what
everyone else thinks. To me this is better than being a nameless face
in the crowd.

You must have got me confused with another AOLer, when I don't even
want to come close with this much gore...mainly if the art is low
compared to Archie, it's only because I'm using FanComics, S: TMC and
my previous one, Sailor Moon USA, as a learning experience to improve
my artwork. Oh, and S: TMC doesn't have any gore, outside of Robotnik
puking. (Davey-kin's removed arm is off panel)

I don't have any tapes, and the main reason why I'm still in Sonic
Fandom because I wanted to be part of the Fandom, to contribute. If
I'm not allowed to do that, what buisness do I have even being here?

Everyday I get the same things. It'll apply to everyone, not just me,
To any given time, everybody else falls into three categories:
1) Those who know you and think you're pretty cool and really like
having you around, which is the case in some circles now.
2) Those who know you and hate your guts and think you're better off
locked in your room and under the covers 24 hours a day, which was the
case for my High School years.
3) Those who don't know me yet.
I can't change this. I know that during the day, I'm going to do
something or say something that will totally piss someone off,
therefore, I might as well piss off everyone that will be pissed off
at me *at once* and get it over with.
And in the way, I'm glad to hear that I got two more pissed off at me,
now I can get on with my day in peace.

Wow, it's a record for me. Two sensless postings in one day. Yippe.
Davey's been around for a long time, longer than I have. I'm not to
terribly pleased with him right now, for insulting my art work. I don't go
around saying that I'm da bomb or that what I do is better or even close
to Spaz, I just draw because I like it. I know it sucks, and I don't need
people so much older than myself bringing it to my attention is such a
rude and intentionally harmfull way. That's not very adult of you Davey,
and you really never did say sorry.
Still, lay offa him. I know Raz and FX are gonna scorn me for this, but
he has his rights. I personally won't look at this new thing of his, but
if he wants to promote it, he can. He's not like Cumix, he's not hurting
now one. Still, Dave, we ALL got the message about it. No one's blind or
deaf and I'm sure you would have had a better response given that you
didn't treat everyone like blind idiots.
Too much personal junk has been filtered in here. Not to say anything to
be a hypocrite, but Davey, you ain't spaz, nor are you an Anime artist.
I'm not saying I am, but I know what is, and you're not that. So instead
of trying to be something you aren't, why don't you just go back and be
what you are, or have you denied that so long you've forgotten what that
is?

That's some ego there, Dave. I doubt you strike fear into Ken Pender's
Heart, afterall, he's waaaaaaay up there, and you're just some fan on
the outside looking in. Your BAM story is like something out of Die
Hard or Terminator or something of the sort, and as I read the stroy (I
think it was the first, how _you_ get sucked through a portal (Captain
N) and meet up with the freedom fighters. I thought I was going back
lines, because I must've heard detailled descriptions of you blowing
holes through SWATbots 10 different ways (maybe it's Rambo/Terminator)
and then you jump the gorge on the speeder with sally holding on for
dear life) You made yourself/your character out to be some kind of
superman. Looks like a big ego trip.
Your artwork is IMO borderline most of the time. Your human characters
all look the same, the other characters (Sally, Sonic, etc.) are
consistently off-model. I've looked at some of "The Mobius Chronicles",
and if I didn't hear that one character speak with a french accent, I
would've never guessed it were antione. Your attempts at drawing Manga
are completely undistinguished aside from some of the symbols used (like
we see in Sailor Moon all of the time) I don't mean to sound vicious,
but don't go comparing yourself to Archie; even though we may not like
their work at points they _are_ professionals. I don't compare myself
with any comic book publishers, at least the BIG names (Mavel, DC,
Image), (I can't compare to Archie since my _real_ artwork has nothing
to do with Sonic) because their staff's are of several people, with
loads of equipment, who draw a _hell_ of a lot better than I can (at
this time), and I'm just a guy with pencil and paper, on the outside
looking in.

Yeah, they have Spaz and Art, but they don't use them like they
should. Compare Sonic #25 with Sonic #51, and you get an idea of
what Archie is capable of, compared with what Archie is actually
doing. For someone who is weaned on and wants to be like those two
artists, it sure leaves you disastified.
