Are we going to go ahead with Fit the Third? If we are, people should start
applying for parts not yet taken and confirming parts they want to continue
with. Needless to say, if we do this I will be Marvin.

I shall continue with Trillian if we do this and I can continue until
my script runs out which will be a while.

I say Aye, and I'd love to continue with Ford.

However, I think we can do more with this. I say we go beyond the
script, start describing landscapes, moods, everything. Put this
somewhere between the book and the radioshow.

Let's continue with the lines from the play, but add more life!

Do people agree?

Let me start practising:

*ahem*

I'm standing on the bridge of the Heart of gold. Me and the other
surround Zaphod who has just made an announcement, but apparently I'm
the only one properly realising the utter absurdity of what Zaphod
just said. After all, in these enlightened days, how can he expect me
to believe that?

FORD: I'm sorry, I just don't believe a word of it.

Ah, we need the full list of parts:

Narrator
Ford
Zaphod
Eddie
Trillian
Arthur
Slartibartfast
(perhaps different actor for voice on answering machine)
Whale
Marvin

I believe that is all.

Sunday evening I saw a play about the US invasion of Canada
put on by the San Francisco Mime Troupe. They excpect it to
happen after Syria, Iran, and Korea. They also expect Cheney/Rice
to take over the White House in '08 and then invade Brazil.
