Thank you for posting information on IUFS on the alt.education.distance
news group.
As you may know, my daughter and I write a book, Bears' Guide, which many
people regard as a standard reference work in the field of distance
learning.
It is disappointing to me that the "Distance learning" part of your
website is not yet running, nor are the US universities whose programs you
will be offering identified. Can I learn which ones they are?
Also, although your website invited people to apply if they were satisfied
by the qualifications of the faculty, I found no reference to faculty
members; indeed, no name other than your own.
Could you address these issues, either on the alt.education.distance news
group and/or personally to me? Also could you please mail or fax evidence
of your official government recognition as a university, which is
mentioned on the site. (My wife, Marina Constantinovna Dobrolubova, whose
family is from St. Petersburg, will be able to translate it for me.)
Finally, could we learn something of your own academic background and
credentials. Thank you very much.
