My Scenario Part 6

First - a quick review is in order. I've demonstrated that I will do
precisely what I say I will: to wit, I will match in length, detail,
and number of citations any scenario posted by a believer. I've done
so repeatedly, and invariably, believers then run away. I then
demonstrated that the Warren Commission refused to investigate prior
assassination attempts that would have shed light on the conspiracy to
murder the President. I then showed that the Warren Commission had
their "conclusions" in written form before they interviewed a single
witness... and that the Commission clearly indicated a desire **NOT**
to hold a real investigation. I then demonstrated that the evidence
from just moments after the shooting strongly supported a shooter at
the Grassy Knoll. I went on to show that the original medical opinion
within hours was for a frontal shot striking JFK. I then demonstrated
that believers deny what the Commission stated about when Connally is
seen reacting to a shot in the film, yet refuse to *explain* that
reaction.

"3. Although it is not necessary to any essential findings of the
Commission to determine just which shot hit Governor Connally, there
is very persuasive evidence from the experts to indicate that the same
bullet which pierced the President's throat also caused Governor
Connally's wounds." (WCR 19)

Another excellent lie by omission... "the experts" are apparently Dr.
Alfred G. Olivier, a veterinarian, and Dr. Arthur J. Dziemian, a PH.D.
in physiology. As McKnight puts it:

"The awkward fact confronting the Commission in marshaling so-called
expert testimony was that most of the experts the Commission called
upon for this critical determination actually disagreed with the
conclusion stated in the report. The three Bethesda prosectors, Drs.
Humes, Boswell, and Finck, were convinced that a separate bullet had
struck Connally. None of them supported the possibility that
Commission Exhibit (CE) 399 (the so-called magic bullet) could have
shattered the governor's wrist and remained in near-pristine
condition. Dr. Joseph R. Dolce, the U.S. Army's expert on high
velocity weapons and the military's top ballistics expert, remained
un-yielding in his opinion that two bullets had hit Connally, with a
separate bullet causing the extensive damage to his wrist. When Dolce
told Commission lawyer Arlen Specter that the forensic evidence did
not support the contention that both men had been hit by the same
missile, he was never again consulted and was not called as a witness.
Governor Connally's two principal surgeons, Drs. Robert R. Shaw and
Charles F. Gregory, testified before the Commission in late April that
Connally's wounds were too massive to have been inflicted by one
missile, especially one that was barely mutilated. It is worth noting
that it was a unique event in the investigation for the Bethesda
prosectors and the Parkland Memorial Hospital doctors to be in
agreement about the medicolegal evidence in the Kennedy
assassination." Breach of Trust - Gerald McKnight, pg. 289.

An obvious lie by the Warren Commission - the experts who could apply
the best expertise to the topic were disregarded or even dismissed,
while the WC 'shopped' for the "experts" who would support their
thesis.

And unless you immerse yourself into the actual testimony of these
critical medical & ballistic experts, you'd never know this from just
reading the WCR.

For in ABSOLUTE contradiction to the Warren Commission's claim - it
was ABSOLUTELY necessary to the findings of the Commission to EXACTLY
specify which shot struck Connally - it COULD ONLY BE a shot that had
struck JFK at Z-210.

If it was not, THEN THERE IS A PROVEN CONSPIRACY - and that certainly
contradicts the "essential findings" of the Warren Commission.

Amusingly, even one of the Warren Commission staffers admitted that
they'd lied in their report.

"When the drafts of our final Report were presented for the
Commissioners to review, their deference to Governor Connally was so
great that they directed a revision in a major conclusion of the
Commission that resulted in AN OUTRIGHT MISSTATEMENT OF FACT. This
revision involved the single bullet theory; you will find it on page
19 of the Report, Conclusion No. 3." - David Belin, "You Are The
Jury", pg 347

Belin recognized, as many do; that the SBT is *ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY*
(Belin's words!) to the Warren Commission's theory. Without the SBT,
conspiracy is *PROVEN*.

Here we have an actual Warren Commission Staff lawyer admitting that
the Warren Commission *KNOWINGLY* published "an outright misstatement
of fact," better known by honest people as a LIE.

The Warren Commission told many lies, I've documented many of them -
and believers such as Puddy simply run away, and refuse to explain or
acknowledge these lies - yet these provable lies demonstrate that the
Warren Commission *COULD NOT HAVE BEEN RIGHT* in their theory of what
happened.

And cannot be the truth. You don't defend the truth with provable
lies.
