Oh goodie! Gil The Mega-Kook heard John Judge on Black Op Radio on
Thursday, July 9th, and heard Judge go off half-cocked with a stupid
and retarded theory about the capture of LHO in the theater....
So....this set Gil in motion....he raced to the WC testimony of Julia
Postal in order to find some little teeny-weeny tidbit of chaff to
latch onto (like all good true-blue conspiracy kooks love to do; Jim
DiEugenio is an expert at this too).
So, quite naturally, "Gil The Pathetic Kook" found something to sink
his retarded teeth into....something that he thinks actually MEANS
something. But, naturally, like all of these "chaff" cases -- it means
nothing.
Why?
Because Oswald was so obviously guilty of killing J.D. Tippit, and the
police so obviously went to the theater for only ONE REASON -- that
reason being: the DPD thought that Tippit's slayer might be located in
the theater.
Next up on Gil's "Chaff Plate":
Oswald is undoubtedly innocent because we don't know exactly where he
was located in the (approximately) 21 minutes between 1:15 PM CST and
1:36 PM CST on 11/22/63.
Since we can never know precisely what Oswald was doing or where
precisely he was located during those 20+ minutes just after J.D.
Tippit was shot, this "gap" probably MEANS SOMETHING to a jerk like
Gil J. Jesus....and it no doubt indicates Oswald's total innocence.

As Bud has said so many times in the past, but it's always worth
repeating.....

Otherwise, her description of a man in a brown shirt does NOT match
the description of the killer of Tippit and you need to address why
they sent so many cops after a man who could have just been avoiding
police because he was guilty of a minor offense, like shoplifting.

Julia Postal never actually saw the man "duck into the theater'
As I recall she was distracted by the police cars whizzing by with
sirens wailing, and she stepped out to the curb to see where the
police cars went. At that time Johnnie Brewer approached her and asked
her if she had seen the suspictious acting man "duck into the
theater"......I believe she responded "what man"?? Is it necessary to
pull up the affidavits to determine if she actually saw a man in a
brown shirt enter the theater.... She definitely DID see Oswald in a
tawny brownish gray colored shirt being dragged from the theater....
She was shown Oswald's REDDISH BROWN shirt and asked if she
recognized that shirt. THAT is probably where she got the idea that
the man's shirt was brown. I don't believe she saw a man wearing a
brown shirt enter the theater.

OF THE MAN WHO SNEAKED INTO THE THEATER MATCHED THE DESCRIPTION OF THE

Which would be the only reason to send 26 cops to respond to a
