It is hard to believe that a man is telling the truth when you know
that you would lie if you were in his place.

The silliness never ends, does it? Indeed, Prove to me that Jack was
in the Dallas Morning News at the time that JFk was shot and I will
apologize to one and all. You have not done your homework Mr. Von

11:30 AM AYNESWORTH, Hugh: reported seeing Ruby having
breakfast in Dallas Morning News cafeteria. "about AN HOUR BEFORE the
assassination". ("Reporters Remember:11/33/63 Reporting the Kennedy
Assassination, Hlavach and Payne, editors; 1996) p.30.
12:30 PM HILL. Jean, witness at assassination: saw a man
running up the slope of grassy knoll who resembled Jack Ruby. (6 H
210-218)
12:35 PM. ADAMS, Vicki, TSBD employee: man dressed in a suit
and a hat and was seen talking to people as though he was a police
officer, saw him take away a colored boy on a motorcycle. Looked like
pictures of Jack Ruby. (6 H 393)
12:30–12:35 PM TILSON, Tom G., off-duty DPD: Claimed he and his
daughter tried to chase down a black car that supposedly contained
Ruby whom they observed coming from the railroad tracks—threw
something in the back seat jumped in car and took off at a high speed.
CROSSFIRE, Marrs, 325-27
12:30 PM FBI DOCUMENT 4/6/77, 62-109060-7699: Informant
related that Ruby contacted him and asked if he would 'like to watch
the fireworks.' He was with Jack, standing at the corner of the Postal
Annex Building facing the TSBD at the time of the shooting. According
to informant—immediately following the shooting – Jack took off toward
the area of the Dallas Morning News. (Courtesy of John Armstrong's
research)
1:10 PM SAUNDERS, Richard, Ad salesman, DMN: 'Ruby standing
numbly amid the confusion, uncharacteristically subdued and pale.'…
Saunders estimated Ruby left the department around 1:10. Seth Kantor,
RUBY COVER-UP, 86; (15 H 577-85).
>>> "Ruby at 12:32 PM in front of the TSBD...Not in Dallas Morning News as he testified." <<<
Yeah, it's always a good idea for the plotters/conspirators/henchmen
to get themselves photographed at the crime scene, isn't it? And then
they're forced to lie about their whereabouts afterward...even though,
per the CTers, proof via photographs exists that they were in Dealey
Plaza.
Is there any particular reason WHY Jack Ruby would need to be standing
around in front of the Book Depository at 12:32 PM? Was he "assigned"
the job of mowing down Lee Harvey in front of the building the moment
LHO exited the TSBD (in full view of dozens of policemen)? Is that it?
>>> "Prove to me that Jack was in the Dallas Morning News at the time that JFK was shot and I will apologize to one and all." <<<
Any particular reason why John Newnam's testimony is deemed
unreliable? Or did Ruby supposedly dash from Dealey Plaza to the DMN
building in those 8 minutes between 12:32 and 12:40, abandoning all
that excitement and action in the Plaza, even though Ruby was known to
be where the "action" is?:
LEON D. HUBERT [WC] -- "Did you see him [Jack Ruby] on November 22,
1963?"
JOHN W. NEWNAM -- "Yes, sir."
HUBERT -- "Where?"
NEWNAM -- "At the Dallas News advertising department." ....
HUBERT -- "Could you tell us what time it was you first saw Ruby on
that day?"
NEWNAM -- "It was approximately 12:40."
HUBERT -- "How do you fix that time, sir?"
NEWNAM -- "I fix that time this way: I watched the motorcade at Main
and Austin. After the motorcade had passed, naturally, I proceeded to
the office to take care of a few matters which had to be taken care
of."

Guess Raymond doesn't understand the 2nd rule of research: the one
doing the alleging is responsilble for providing the proof. The 1st
rule of course is knowing what the fuck you're talking about. That's
why they're called kooks.
On November 30th, FBI Agent Alan Manning interviewed Mrs. Evelyn
Harris. In his summary of that interview, he wrote:
the daughter of Mrs. Lucy Lopez, a white woman married to a Mexican,
worked at a sewing room across the street from the TSBD. Her daughter
and some of the other girls knew Lee Harvey Oswald and also were
acquainted with Jack Ruby. They observed Jack Ruby give Oswald a
pistol when Oswald came out of the building.
This writer does not offer an opinion regarding the allegations stated
in this FBI report. It is a fact that Oswald tried to fire a pistol in
the Texas Theater (heard by Dallas Police officers and theater
patrons). It is a fact that the FBI determined that this pistol had a
defective firing pin. One has to wonder how a pistol with a defective
firing pin could fire four shots at Officer Tippit and then fail to
fire in the theater. If the girls are correct, Ruby could have
intentionally given Oswald a pistol with a defective firing pin. This
allegation was never followed up by the FBI, as there are no known
interviews of these girls nor was Ruby ever questioned about this.

They observed Jack Ruby give Oswald a pistol when Oswald came out of
the building.
Highly unlikely since the pistol Lee tried to fire in the Texas
Theater had the same serial number as the pistol he bought from the
California gun dealer and the gun he went to the roominghouse to get
before going to the movies. And did the weapon have a defective firing
pin? I thought that it did not fire because Officer McDonald got his
thumb caught between the firing pin and the .38 cal. round.
McDonald first searched two men in the center of the main floor, about
10 rows from the front. He walked out of the row up the right center
aisle. When he reached the row where the suspect was sitting, McDonald
stopped abruptly and told the man to get on his feet. Oswald rose from
his seat, bringing up both hands. As McDonald started to search
Oswald's waist for a gun, he heard him say, "Well, it's all over now."
Oswald then struck McDonald between the eyes with his left fist.; with
his right hand he drew a gun from his waist. McDonald struck back with
his right hand and grabbed the gun with his left hand. They both fell
into the seats. Three other officers, moving toward the scuffle,
grabbed Oswald from the front, rear and side. As McDonald fell into
the seat with his left hand on the gun, he felt something graze across
his hand and heard what sounded like the snap of the hammer. McDonald
felt the pistol scratch his cheek as he wrenched it away from Oswald.
Detective Bob K. Carroll, who was standing beside McDonald, seized the
gun from him. . . . Some of the officers saw Oswald strike McDonald
with his fist. Most of them heard a click which they assumed to be a
click of the hammer of the revolver. Testimony of a firearms expert
before the Commission established that the hammer of the revolver
never touched the shell in the chamber. Although the witnesses did not
hear the sound of a misfire, they might have heard a snapping noise
resulting from the police officer grabbing the cylinder of the
revolver and pulling it away from Oswald while he was attempting to
pull the trigger.
Or the article is true that the FBI found the firing pin to be
defective.

There also are many Oswald-Ruby acquaintance verifications.
I also believe that Mrs. Roberts said she was in his room and didn't
see any pistol.

both hands on the keyboard, troll.....
OMG, there's a picture of the back of the head of a balding man in
front of the TSBD. At long last the CTs have found their smoking gun
of conspiracy.
Give me one example of proof that Jack was in the Dallas Morning News
when JFK was shot.
