Weird, they've been saying it's no longer maintained but keep on
uploading updates.

gone with the official 'XChange Editor' and those who have stuck with
'Viewer'? I prefer Viewer, but the updates are few and far between.

Probably. Viewer is mainly a, well, viewer, though it does

have a pretty decent OCR and a few other tools. Also it's a mere 20MB
vs PDF Editor's astounding 150MB, and growing.
It's enough for my needs.
