Many heard the shots. Only a couple saw a rifle.

We've done this before. You can knock out most of these 6th-floor
witnesses. Or leave it ambiguous, like Worrell and Couch, who weren't
sure WHICH floor....

No you can't.

More of the trivial pursuit game you like to play and you lose

The aoustical evidence proves that 3 shots were fired from the sniper's
net, but not by whom. Maybe by which rifle.

Five right off the bat. All those marked *** above testified that the
sniper's window was wide open. Euins initially said the shooter was
"colored". Worrell wasn't sure at all which floor (if I 'member
correctly).

So you flunked math in grade school? Even with your goofy silliness
12 - 7 = 5 witnesses to a rifle on the 6th floor! Remember this part
of elementary school math: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 ! ! ! ! !

How many witnesses do you have for a rifle in the 5th floor window?
Be sure to include Inside and Outside witnesses.

I'm curious.....

When did Fischer and Edwards ever say they saw the rifle in the window?
They certainly never said that in their affidavits. And they didn't say it
to the WC.

5 witnesses marked with an asterisk = Euins & Worrell = 7 fails for you.

How many witnesses do you have for a rifle, specifying at a half-open
window? Oh, yes. One--Euins, who originally said the shooter was
"colored".

I noticed Fischer and Edwards on another list so added them in, but I
should have double checked them myself. Thanks for asking the question.
They are good witnesses to a white guy in the 6th floor window but did not
see a rifle. They gave detailed descriptions of the guy that were a close
match for LHO.

Saw man in the 6th floor window who fit the

Mr. JACKSON - Then after the last shot, I guess all of us
were just looking all around and I just looked straight up
ahead of me which would have been looking at the
School Book Depository and I noticed two Negro men in
a window straining to see directly above them, and my
eyes followed right on up to the window above them and
I saw the rifle, or what looked like a rifle approximately
half of weapon, I guess I saw. and just looked at it, it was
drawn fairly slowly back into the building, and I saw no
one in the window with it. I didn't even see a form in the
window.
Mr. SPECTER - What did you do next?
Mr. JACKSON - I said "There is the gun," or it came from
that window. I tried to point it out. But by the time the
other people looked up, of course, it was gone, and about
that time, we were beginning to turn the corner.
Mr. SPECTER - Which corner were you beginning to turn?
Mr. JACKSON - Houston onto Elm.

Three: Brennan (wide open), Jackson (indicated wide open window), Couch
(thought it was nearly wide open).

Again, how many do you have for a half-open sixth floor window?

Again, one: Euins, with provisos.

Yes. Was it wide open, like the 5th-floor windows immediately below--as

I knew your window obsession would finally show up. For some bizarre
reason you expect every witness to run upstairs and examine the open
window with a tape measure before giving a statement to the Police. In
your fantasy world nothing less will do. The real world does not function
so precisely. The 6th floor window was open when the rifle was pointed at
the Limousine and shots were fired. The 5 witnesses you can't find a way
to challenge confirm that reality. Game over, you lose again.

Gee, I hate to be the one to tell you, but never rely on witnesses.
SCIENCE proves that 3 shots were fired from that window. But since you
reject science you have to claim that there was NO RIFLE in that window.

Just a "game" to you, eh? Okay, we all have our centers of gravity, or
levity.

Originally, it was David Belin's "window obession". After he heard
Brennan testify that the shooter's window was open just like the windows
on the floor immediately below, he asked other witnesses how far the
windows were open. Got the same response from Fischer and Edwards and
Couch: "My impression was that it was all the way open." (Couch)

Checkmate.

Well Duh! Try to fire any shots at the limo with the window CLOSED. The
issue is that the window was not wide open as some people claimed. It was
barely open and that made the shooting angle difficult. Yes, you can see
through the window, but witnesses can not see CLEARLY through a closed
window.

You can't answer basic simple questions, eh?

What we do know, the window on the 6th floor was open enough
for LHO to fire shots at the motorcade. No shots from 7th floor,
all windows closed. No shots from 5th floor where 3 employees
watched the parade, heard loud shots from above, and noise of
ejected shells hit the floor.

Better explain himself before he gets shot.

Good question. This sniper knew there was only a slim chance he
could escape down 5 flights of stairs and out the backdoor without
being stopped by someone, and he was right. So he was obviously
aware this might be a suicide mission or prison for life. He did give
a hint of that high probability when 3 witnesses noticed him calmly
staring out the 6th floor window apparently fixated on the workers
at the Triple Underpass a long time before the motorcade arrived.

He should've stayed out of sight in the dark corner until the parade
turned onto Elm Street, or even Houston St, but sat looking out the
window toward the Triple Underpass long before the parade arrived.
No professional sniper would do that. He was a one-way sniper who
expected to get caught.

That DPD Officer did not "run up the grassy knoll". He ran from his
assigned duty at the corner of Houston and Elm, to the parking lot
using the Elm Street extension lane behind the Pergola.

That person produced some kind of Federal ID.
He was not a SSA.

That is a false statement. According to DPD Baker the suspect
had nothing in his hand at the time of the confrontation.

The "acoustical evidence" was a Rube Goldberg concoction, that turned out
to be an embarrassing fiasco to the scientific community. The good news,
real science proved the mistakes, flaws, and manipulations by the
perpetrators of this pseudoscience scam.

So who you gonna believe--two other guys or Jarman himself? As we hear in
"Case Closed", witness evidence closer to the time of the incident is
better than witness evidence later.... And it's a helluva poor witness who
has to be debriefed before he can say where he was.... By Sunday, he has
been debriefed, and he gives a wholly different account of his whereabouts
between 12 & 12:30 11/22....

So YOU think Oswald was dressed like a SSA agent?

Because a couple of witnesses saw what they thought was a SS agent up in
the sniper's nest?

Yes, genuine SS ID. Smith said he was a Secret Service Agent, not a
Forestry agent.

In his statement to the FBI agent he told the FBI agent that Oswald had
a Coke in his hand.

Now, now. Minions are not supposed to fight with each other. But is is
good to see someone else put him in his place so that I don't have to do
all the work around here.

Two other guys. Are you insinuating Jarman was the sniper?
How did he get access to the rifle belonging to LHO?

Yes, finally you make sense.

Some witnesses are nervous and confusing in the way they explain
things to detectives, like bus driver Cecil McWatters, even though
innocent of any wrongdoing.

With two witnesses who confirm where he was when the motorcade
passed by the TSBD where loud shots were fired.

So what? You think Norman can't remember where he was when
shots were fired? Everybody remembers where they were when
it was announced the President had been shot dead.

What place? You're behind the curve as usual. This issue has already
been clarified. Edwards and Fischer are two important corroborating
witnesses to a person in the 6th floor window. Both descriptions are a
match for LHO.

But not enough of a match to warrant lineup IDs....

Everybody except James Jarman. The next day he thought he was out front
with the parade when the President was shot. Supposedly, he saw it, just
didn't think it was important enough to mention the next day! Swell
witnesses you got....

Two witnesses saw him on the 5th floor at the time shots were fired
at the Motorcade as it passed by the TSBD. They failed to mention
Jarman was firing a rifle at the Limousine too. So is your theory LHO
fired his rifle on the 6th floor at the same time Jarman fired his rifle
on the 5th floor?

Is the other possibility LHO was not on the 6th floor so Jarman went
up there, and found the rifle then noticed the clip had a few bullets
so took the opportunity to fire shots at the passing Motorcade?

Where are you going with this Jarman obsession?

There are a few kooks who think the assassins were on the fifth floor.
But the acoustical evidence rules that out.

You clipped the beginning of this stretch of the thread. You said
everyone knew where they were when JFK was shot. I simply said, Jarman
didn't seem to know where he was.... YOU explain his 11/23 affidavit!

ONE assassin (in the depository at least). Either Oswald or Arce. Fifth
floor.
