Video Of Jack Ruby In 1960

Found this on Facebook today. It's a video which just happens to include
Jack Ruby combing his hair at a Christmas Parade in Dallas (or at least I
assume it's Dallas) on 12/25/1960. Ruby appears right at the end of the
video (at 1:15)....

Addendum....

BTW, there's *no way* Ruby could have held his hat and combed his hair at
the same time---not with that partially missing index finger on his left
hand! Therefore, that 1960 film must be a fake! :-)

Good stuff, DVP. Ruby wasn't combing his hair though, the film was
altered, he was actually running his hand through his hair in frustration
after just meeting with his co-conspirators and not being able to figure
out a way to get Oswald out of Russia. Also, I think I see Lovelady in
the doorway of the store after just purchasing a plaid shirt.
