The shingles don't look like they are in any better shape than they were with the tarp on them. The screens don't look like they are in good shape. What's the electrical connection running from the window on the right? Fire hazard for sure. The "railing" on the porch looks like a DIY job--someone hacked apart a beam from somewhere and attached it haphazardly to the steps (and it looks like it is balanced in the painted wrought-iron trellises that hold up the gable). It looks wobbly and has never seen a level.

Dockery probably has George Sulzbach fan him all day--he could not afford a utility bill.
