I flashed a DNS 323 C1 with Alt-F and all went well.

I have access to the DNS on my Windows network and see the Public (R/O), Public (R/W) and the Users folder

I am able to read and write to it via Windows

Here's my problem. When I installed alt-f I STUPIDLY did not backup the files on the DNS

They still seem to be on the device

How can I attach to them via Windows?

Is there a way to access them or copy them?

Services->Network->smb->Configure, then define the existing folder as a new share and define who can access it, '+' means a group of users (Setup->Users)

Or move the folder to one of the existing folders already defined as shares (Setup->Folders, select Music, cut, browse to destination, paste). Moving within the same filesystem (md0 in your case), is almost instantaneous. Read the buttons tooltips.
