Add Operation Not Permitted

I am getting this error when I try to do a create operation in
production:

SOAP Error: [OperationAccessDenied.ADD_OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED @
operations[0]] (code: 0)


I can connect OK (if I change any credentials I get a specfic error).
I do not seem to have any available API units, though my limit is in
the millions and I should have many left (is this perhaps a red
herring?)

Any ideas?

Hi Kevin,

This error is usually caused by attempting to create a campaign within
an MCC account, which isn't permitted. Ensure you have the
clientEmail or clientCustomerId headers set and referencing a client
account.
