jquery-in-place-editor

Hello,

The included version of the jquery-in-place-editor (2.2.0) appears to not properly handle the cancel event: upon clicking cancel, the value does not reset to it's original state.

Revision r161 @ http://code.google.com/p/jquery-in-place-editor/source/detail?r=161 appears to have specifically fixed the problem.  Please not that this revision was done after the latest download version 2.2.1 and can be viewed here:

It's not so easy as downloading last version, included version is patched with
some features needed by ActiveScaffold. I have updated last changes, and noted
revision used in the file to ease later updates.
