2. Title: Executive Assistant/ Secretary to EVP

Ihre Aufgaben:

3. Title: Senior Internal Auditor
Location: Beijing
Department: Internal Audit
Job duties:
- Plan, organize and perform scheduled, special and self-assessment audit projects according to determined audit objectives and in accordance with professional standards.
- Keep abreast of corporate policies and procedures, investment and constructions, local regulations, as applicable.
- Identify potential savings and charge backs to third parties during the audits engagements.
- Conduct audit and/or review on investment planning, budgeting, contracting, construction, settlement.
- Advise the VGC entities on continuous improvement, risk management; and data and processes analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree of Civil Engineering or Business related
- Fluent in Chinese, good English
- Minimum 3 years of auditing/accounting experiences in construction budgeting and controlling, or construction engineering experience;
- Certifications like Construction Cost Engineer, CPA, CIA, CISA are desired;
- Proficiency in Data Analysis Software; Proficiency in SAP R/3 (Modules: FI/CO and MM).
- International education and/or working experience are also desired.
4. PR Officer, Internal Communication
Location: Beijing
Department: PR
Responsibilities:
Joint Venture Relations
- Coordinate the quarterly based PR/Marketing managers Workshop with JVs. Developing proposals for agenda, topics, training plans, budget, accommodations and follow up before and after the workshops;
- Maintian the communication process and platform with JVs to make sure smooth information sharing among VGC, JVs and Wolfsburg, if necessary;
- Support JVs in terms of news media relations, product launch campaigns, corporate activities, etc.;
- Align with JVs and partners before or during crisis management.
Internal Communications
1. Act as the editor of the bi-monthly VGC newsletter –V-Togather and be responsible for drafting, editing, layout design, translation/rewriting, proofreading and printing, if necessary, internal promotion;
2. Work with the manager for coordination with Wolfsburg to screen and create PR opportunities that could be leveraged in China;
3. Maintain the media database and update once any PR event took place;
4. Systemetically establish a media library with press materials archived and developed timely and in high quality;
Media Monitoring Service
1. Work with media monitoring agency to develop a weekly media analysis report;
2. Report or alert any potential crisis in news media;
Manage the service of media monitoring agency and review contract if necessary.
Requirements:
- Chinese national with at least a Bachelor’s degree;
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Communications, PR agency experience would be beneficial;
- Strong written and spoken skills in both Chinese and English;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with joint ventures;

1. Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and monitoring of process- and part optimization of purchased parts
2. Follow up on agreed improvement programs and it’s realization at the suppliers
3. Analysis of purchased parts quality problems at suppliers with the goal of problem solving and manufacturing/process optimization.
4. Quality-related preparation of sourcing decisions
5. Packaging problem solving, evaluating and optimizing of packaging regarding quality- and volume-related requirements.
6. Assessment of quality capability of suppliers in Asian market.
Requirements:
1. Technical education (Bachelor/Master), preferably Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
2. Broad experience in Quality Assurance and/or Production, preferably in automotive industry
3. Auditng experience and know-how in international quality standard like ISO/TS 16949 and VDA 6.1 /6.3
4. Professional experience in quality management, purchase parts management, production and project management

Location: Beijing
Job duties:
- Conception and implementation of a standardized, cost based reporting system for OT Spare Parts Business
- Conception and implementation of a standardized key figures system (includes an inventory steering system) for the Spare Part Business
- Controlling-sided steering of implementation of a central import warehouse region China for all imported OT Spare Parts
- Conception of Spare Parts Pricing Committees to harmonize pricing within the region China

Job duties:
Ÿ Build up and update the information database(related technical legislation and standards for Automotive industry in China) for different departments in VCIC, VW / brand headquarters and JVs for VW group strategy in China;
