Error Part 4

Hi everyone.

After update in GGIR (to version 1.5-21), I experienced this error in part 4:

Error in spocum.t[, 3] : incorrect number of dimensions

Did someone find the same error or a solution?

This should have been addressed in the latest version 1.5-24. Let us know if you continue to encounter this problem.

Dear Vincent,

I started having the same problem in part 4 in GGIR version 1.9-0:

Error in spocum.t[, 3] : incorrect number of dimensions

This error occurs now in several files which didn't have this problem in previous versions of the package.

Any ideas why this might be the case?

I had the same error. Had to remove the observation that the analysis stopped at thn re-ran the codes. It worked.
