On Sunday, October 11, 2009, at 4:10am, the victim was walking in the
700 block of St Peter when she was approached by an unknown black
male. The suspect grabbed the victim’s purse fled on St Peter toward N
Rampart, then unknown.
The suspect is described as a black male, tall, thin build, wearing a
white t-shirt and blue jeans.
