On Friday, November 13, 2009, at 10:12pm, the victim, W/F, was in the
700 block of Bourbon, when she was approached by an unknown black
male. The suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone and fled on St Ann
toward N Rampart, then unknown.
The suspect is described as a black male, 30’s, 5’09”, 160lbs, wearing
a grey sweater and grey pants.
