Purse Snatching, 500 block of Bourbon

On Sunday, October 18, 2009, at 4:00am, the victim, A/F, was walking
in the 500 block of Bourbon when she was approached by an unknown
black female. The suspect grabbed the victim’s purse from her
shoulder and fled on Bourbon toward Canal, then unknown.
Responding Officers were able to apprehend the suspect, Keva Sims, B/
F, 2-10-91. Additional information on this arrest and/or any
