Aggravated Burglary 10-09-09

On Friday, October 09, 2009, at 2:00am the victims were in their
residence in the 4200 block of Franklin Ave., when they observed the
arrested subject in their residence. The residence was concealing
what appeared to be a weapon. The arrested subject demanded the
victims belongings. While gathering the victims belongings the
victims were able to grab the arrested subject. Moments later Fifth
District Officers arrived on the scene and placed the subject under
arrest.
