How to take Backup of Suggested Contacts in Outlook 2007

Dear All,

   

Does anyone know how to take backup of Suggested Contacts in Outlook 2007?

 

Early response will be appreciated .

Hey

Outlook 2007 is stored in the .nk2 file under the following path

For vista & win7

Drive:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.nk2

copy this file to new computer under same directory path for the user and outlook should automatically use it. 

to import this file into outlook 2010 place under same directly path then run the  outlook.exe /importnk2  from the windows run command.

*Note only outlook 2010 store these contacts in your suggested contacts in your address book
