Previously approved Google Earth Image not not approved when replaced with better quality

I replaced http://www.360cities.net/image/ura-kidane-mehre which is a Coptic Church Interior (hundred of years old) with a lower noise image.  It was hard to capture since no tripods are allowed.  The replacement using the same photos (but noise reduced) was not approved. The pano was pulled from Google Earth. Any reason for this?
