Welcome to the Association of International & Canadian Students (AICS) mailing list / message board. Here you can sign up or change your membership options for the website and how you receive our e-mails.

What is AICS?
AICS is a club hosted by the UVSS (University of Victoria Students' Society) and organized and run by UVic students for anyone in the Victoria area (not just students) who likes to learn about other cultures, share their own, and of course have some fun with people from various different places -- we promote international friendship and cultural enrichment.

What does AICS do?
We host social events where you can make new friends from Canada and around the world:
  • weekly social mixer meetings with snacks
  • international parties
  • cultural activities
  • outdoor events
  • holiday dinners and potlucks

How do I join?
Anyone can join AICS, whether you are an ESL / ELPI student, international student, Canadian student, or from the UVic or Victoria community. You can sign up online to be on the mailing list on the Google Group site and/or join the Facebook group.

The Association of International and Canadian Students is a club for everyone where you can meet people and learn about cultures from around the world. In AICS, you can also learn about Canadian living, culture, and customs while having fun.
