Tech Women Supporting BGC

Greetings!

The Black Girls CODE Indiegogo campaign has 30 days left to reach their $100k goal (http://bit.ly/BGC2013)! We know you believe in the future of women of color in technology, and BGC is a critical young effort making that future a reality. 

Please join this TEMPORARY Google Group for awesome women in tech & media who can lend their voice to the campaign. We are inviting about 100 amazing women and a handful of allied men. Collectively, we know you can put this campaign on the radar of tech industry and a public that will take action. On the list we will:

* Share ideas and actions we are taking and self-organizing.

* Get concrete calls to action from the core campaign team. 

* Build a fun, new supporter community for this vital new organization. We'll ask you if and how you'd like to continue the dialogue when the campaign comes to a close. 

Today is June 26, just 30 days to go. Please join this group by Sunday, June 30. We'll wait til we get a critical mass before sending the first welcome message and call to action.
