Welcome to the user support forum for the PhyloSift pipeline, a phylogeny-based toolkit for mining environmental metagenome sequences. PhyloSift is in active development in the Eisen Lab at UC Davis.
Use this forum as a place to ask questions, request funcationalities, get help if you're stuck, and generally interact with our development team (Aaron Darling, Guillaume Jospin, and Holly Bik).
If you run into a bug during your analysis, please post this as an "Issue" in our GitHub repository: https://github.com/gjospin/PhyloSift/issues
Tasks in GitHub get first priority, and we'll fix any broken pipes as soon as possible!
