Parlement is a game involving a multiparty Parlement that I created in 1968.  It was played by mail for awhile through my zine Lonely Mountain and then I abandoned it because of the press of my career as a research mathematician.  Some interest has been shown sporadically, so I opened this discussion group in 2009.  The rules and other documents from 1968 are posted on the website http://www.abstractmath.org/Parlement/.  I no longer own any copies of Lonely Mountain. --Charles Wells
