Then You will receive beta version update on Google Play Store automatically. It takes several minutes until the beta version shows up on Google Play Store.

To opt-out of beta version, just leave this group. The app version on your device will NOT be downgraded, you need to wait for the next normal version update to replace your installed beta version. You can also uninstall Island and re-install the normal version.
