We've published a new blog post: Is the Microsoft Teams data export tool vaporware?.

Microsoft claims to offer free data exports for moving off Microsoft Teams, and we requested one. 36 days later, after 21 calls and 29 email conversations involving 5 Microsoft teams, the closest we’ve gotten is a link that lands on an error page.
