Drop `sonoma_homebrew` task.

This task was meant for continuously testing the Spicy Homebrew formula.
This recently started failing, likely due to changes in Cirrus images.
Since this has AFAIR never caught any issue and we run it by hand when
bumping the formula anyway drop the task here.
