Kobuki firmware problem

Hello,

I'm a teacher/researcher in an Engineer School.

I bought a second turtlebot 2 and I tried to put the last firmware on it. Unfortunately, when I tried it the answer of the kobuki was a message, saying there is a problem with acknowlege. And now it's impossible to program the firmware (i switch to windows to test and I have the same problem).

Now the turtlebot 2 works but it's impossible to program a new firmware on it. 

My question is this one: how is it possible to recover from this error ?

PS: I used the same tool I used to program the firmware on my 1st turtlebot, so the problem is not with the tool.
