If you happen to use D-RATS software with your D-STAR radio, you can also use the latest D-RATS software with Winlink.

D-RATS for windows is downloadable from https://github.com/maurizioandreotti/D-Rats/releases/tag/0.3.9

Just go into the Preferences within D-RATS and set the following:

The password is your Winlink password.

BE AWARE this setting will download your current outstanding Winlink Emails into your D_RATS program and therefore not be available to download to winlink express.  

When you send an email from:D-RATS to a Winlink user, just enter WL2K: in the Destination Callsign field, e.g. WL2K:VA3MCT

Linux users

D-RATS works on Linux including Raspberry Pi!!!!!!     https://github.com/maurizioandreotti/D-Rats/releases
