Markham Technology: Then and Now Event

On Sunday, May 18th the radio club attended the Markham Technology: Then and Now event at the Markham Museum.  Also in attendance were the Markham Fire Department, YR EMS, York University with a 3D printer display and other local technology companies.

The radio club demonstrated HF radio, analog and digital modes, air craft beaconing and APRS.

Despite the odd spring weather there seemed to be a good turnout of vistors to the event and general interest in our set up. 

Thank you to Mike VA3MCT and Brian VE3IBW for joining me and for bringing along their Go Kits, antennas etc for our display.
