Subject: [barcforum] VE3ODX in the Ontario QSO Party this weekend

Evgeny, VE3KOT, and I will be running bonus station VE3ODX as a rover in this coming weekend's Ontario QSO Party. We plan to visit Waterloo, Oxford, Brant, Brantford, Hamilton and Halton on Saturday, and Peel, Wellington, Dufferin, York and Simcoe on Sunday. You can work us again at each of our stops. A few of our stops will be county lines, so be prepared to copy multiple exchanges.

Saturday night at City View Park ought to work well on 2 metres for many of you. Look for us on 146.550 simplex.

The OQP runs from 2 PM Saturday to 1 AM Sunday and again from 8 AM to 2 PM Sunday. You can use phone (SSB, or FM on VHF) and CW. The rules and other information about this event can be found at https://www.va3cco.com/oqp/index.htm

We should be active on 80-6 m CW and SSB and 2 m FM (and maybe CW/SSB). 6 m still needs work so it might or might not happen! We will endeavour to self-spot so you know where we are, through the regular contest spotting channels and also on http://qsopartyhub.com/onqp-spots.php . Feel free to request QSYs to other bands, but we may be a bit slow and limited in our ability to do it.
