Volunteers needed for this weekend King Township

The roster for this weekend's event is nearly complete.

We are in need of three volunteers for Saturday only.

Please contact me if you can support this event.

This request has come in from King today for their 2025 Holiday Markets.  Two venues within close proximity to the KING Municipal building.

Please let me know if you are interested in supporting this event over the noted two days.

I will only commit the radio club if we have resources of 2 or more volunteers per location for each day despite the request for 1 per location.

Please keep in mind that King township has been very generous to the radio club with Honorariums this past year.

Hi Eric, we have an upcoming Holiday Market weekend in King where we will be acquiring a shuttle bus from 10am – 3pm on Nov 22^nd and 23^rd. The shuttle will be moving between the three markets allowing shoppers to transfer from market to market. The Main parking lot will be the Municipal Office (2585 King Rd) as this location has the greatest amount of parking spaces, however attendees can park at any of the three locations pending there are available spots.

 

The three venues are listed below

 

Kings Craft Holiday Market Nov 22 & 23 10am - 4pm (12936 Keele St, King City ON)

King Artisan Holiday Market Nov 22 & 23 11am – 4pm (2920 King Rd, King City ON)

One of A King Handmade Holiday Market 10am – 3pm (2585 King Rd, King City ON)

 

Our request, If your team is available, is to have 1 volunteer per location directing traffic and attendees.
