For me the radiogram is still frustrating for Field Day.

It wants us to enter the recipient's postal address.  This information is not available.  The one I am sending to you, your postal address is available on QRZ.  So where do I find the section manager's postal address?

The Radiogram has been used for decades for Network Traffic Service

They pass the message to the next station until it gets close to your location. The handler will call, mail, or knock on your door to complete the service. They use CW

I remember sending a Radiogram to my friend in New York city at Dayton years ago. A day later my friend called me to say a ham gave him the messsge

Look up "100 metres and down" which is the story about ARRL and the NTS methodology will click

I have sent over 60 of these in the exercises with never a reply or actual completion so don't worry beyond submitting it to the initial contact point.

Have fun
