YRARC Call Out - King Township Indigenous Mural and Medicine Garden Reveal

King Township has reached out to the radio club for support at the Indigenous Mural and Medicine Garden Reveal on Saturday June 14th from 11pm – 1pm. They are anticipating around 100 – 150 people. They are booking a shuttle bus to transfer patrons from the main parking lot at the King Municipal Office (2585 King Rd) to the Event Site a.k.a the KHCC (2920 King Rd), just like the Truth and Reconciliation Day and the Christmas events our team previously worked.
The Shuttle has been requested from 10:30am – 1:30pm. King has requested that our team (if able) arrive on site by 10am and assist until 1:30pm
GIven the June schedule for events I have not committed the radio club to this one.
I am thinking of 6 or so volunteers.
