Winlink updates on VA3MCT-10 - Testing required

For those in the Southern end of York Region that have Winlink Packet VHF capability, please try accessing the VA3MCT-10 Winlink RMS on 144.930MHz.

I have just made some updates to the hardware that will eventually go into the communications trailer for both EmComm and Public Service use. Some operators have already tried it out with much better success than previously, so I am now opening this up to the wider group for further testing.

Please respond back to me using the emc...@yrarc.org address with successes and issues.
